Aldi Baby & Toddler Event sale haul

It's that time of year again where you wake up at the crack of dawn to get your little madam or monkey ready and go check out the Aldi sale. It's the only supermarket sale I really get excited about as Aldi is the closest supermarket to us and they bring in different products every sale. It's of a first come first served basis, aka they put out all the stock and once it's gone it's gone.

I have the Aldi app so I check out their special buys every week so I knew what was already about to be in the sale and there wasn't anything in particular I was reaching out for so I went just to have a nosey and grab some bargains.

I know it's a little bit late now, but there are still some bargains in stores and for future reference, if you're headed to the sale yourself, the one thing I will hands down always recommend is to buy the muslin cloths. They're the softest cloths I have bought and swear by them. Imogen has a small horde of them now.

Firstly when I entered the store I reached for the Avent dummy soothers. We've recently bought some  and the cheapest we could get was two packs for £7, so when they're for sale for £2.49 each, it's a no brainer. They sold glow in the dark versions, translucent for girl/boy/gender neutral and two design packs each for boys and girls. I picked up this pair for Imogen as she's more attracted to colour as each day passes.

Next I bought a pack of apples and strawberries pouches x 5 for £1.79. I plan on making Imogen her own puree's but for the off days that happen I think these will come in handy.

As Imogen has been suffering from nappy rash, I picked up a tub of petroleum jelly to try for just 75p!

Next I picked up this little activity book for Imogen when she's a little bit older. It has little puzzles and stickers for her to be interactive and I think she'll enjoy it! Good little book for £2.50

Lastly I picked up these two cotton sheets for a cot for £2.99 each. They're so soft. I absolutely love products from this company but I only ever see them in Aldi!

Not pictured but I also picked up a giant pack of nappies. These are not in the sale but I recommend them to any mum or dad for their little ones. They're cheap and just as good as Pampers! I find that during the night Imogen doesn't feel damp when she wakes up unlike Pampers!

I found the sale this time around not as good as the first one I went to but mainly because the things that are in the sale we already have, so it's not a bad sale, it's just the same stuff for us. They always seem to have different things up for sale aswell compared to other supermarkets.

Until next time when I run to Aldi again.
